Do you have questions regarding Billing and invoice Gateway?  Below is a list of the most common questions and information which will help you learn more.

  1. What are the new billing changes for ASC PROFILES customers?

    Invoice Gateway!  Whether you purchase through AEP Span, ASC Building Products or ASC Steel Deck, you may get your invoices and statements electronically. You may view, print, and pay your invoices though our online billing portal, Invoice Gateway.

  2. When will the new billing changes be effective?

    Immediately.

  3. How will I know when my bill is available?

    If you are not currently signed up for our Invoice Gateway, or are not currently receiving your invoices via email, you will need to sign up online. Once you create an account, you will receive an email with the invoice attached as a PDF file, or a notification that your invoices are available with a link to our Invoice Gateway, where you may print or download invoice copies.

  4. Will I be trained on how to use the portal? When?

    No, there will be no formal training. You may ask our Credit Department for assistance, we are happy to review the portal with you should you need help.

  5. How do I get access to the online billing portal?

    You may access the online billing portal by going to https://ascprofiles.billtrust.com. You may create an account, you will need your ASC Profiles account number and Enrollment Token number found at the bottom of any invoice.

  6. Who will ASC Profiles send the email to and can multiple people have authority to log into the portal?

    ASC Profiles will send the email to the primary contact.  This contact will serve as the administrator for the site and may add additional users with specified privileges. The invoice may be sent to multiple users.

  7. Will ASC Profiles change how our invoice looks?

    No, there is no change to the look of your invoices or statements.

  8. Can we pay online?

    Yes. You will be able to pay online via ACH or Credit Card (credit card payments do not offer a quick pay cash discount and will include a 2% checkout fee).

  9. Do we have to pay online?

    No, however we do encourage you to pay online as this provides you a better opportunity to take advantage of any quick pay cash discounts we offer to your company.

  10. What method of payment can we pay with on the portal?

    You may either pay via ACH or Credit Card payments, Credit Card payments are not eligible for the quick pay cash discount and there is a 2% checkout fee.

  11. Since the invoices will be online is each invoice printable on the portal?

    You may print a copy of any invoice from the Invoice Gateway or you may download the invoice copy as a PDF file. Invoice Gateway also provides an upload option for many different accounting software systems.

  12. Will the bill of lading be available online?

    No, for a bill of lading, a packing list or a proof of delivery you should contact your Customer Service Representative, or our Credit Department.

  13. How long will my records be available on the online portal?

    You will be able to see your current bill and it will be stored for viewing for one year. In the event that you need an invoice copy that is over a year old, please contact our Credit Department to request a copy at invoices@ascprofiles.com .

  14. Will the invoice be attached to the email notification?

    Yes.

  15. Will each emailed document have its own file or will any of them be bundled together?

    The files will be bundled together unless you request that each invoice be sent as a separate file.

  16. Will there be any incentives to pay online?

    We do not offer any special incentive for you to pay online presently, and your current account payment terms apply.
